Aviation Repair Technologies LLC (“ART,” “we,” or “us]”) owns and operates the website located at www.artmaintenance.com.   • Request that ART restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • Object to ART's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • Request that ART transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

11. No Use by Minors Permitted

Our Website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years of age, or an older age as may be required by applicable state or national laws in the jurisdiction in which an individual utilizes the Website. ART is not responsible for failing to comply with any Request for Removal of Minor Information that is incomplete, incorrectly labeled or incorrectly sent.

The section is a description of ART’s voluntary practices concerning the unintended collection of personal information through the Website from minors, and is not intended to be an admission that ART is subject to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, the Federal Trade Commission's Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule(s), or any similar international, federal, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations.
